&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As a Transmedia Producer, Caitlin Burns creates and influences blockbuster, international intellectual properties, brands and social outreach campaigns. With Starlight Runner where she is Executive Editor as well as a Transmedia Producer, she has worked on properties including: Pirates of the Caribbean, Fairies, and Tron Legacy for Disney, James Cameron’s Avatar for Fox, Halo for Microsoft, Happiness Factory for The Coca-Cola Company, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Nickelodeon and Transformers for Hasbro. She has also worked with Sony, Showtime, Pepperidge Farm, Scholastic, Nelvana, and Wieden+Kennedy. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Her background in theatrical design and live immersive events gives her a particular insight into the production processes across many creative boundaries. In June 2012, she was elected to the Board of the Producer&amp;#8217;s Guild of America New Media Council and PGA East Executive Committee and is a member of the Tribeca Film Institute New Media Fund&amp;#8217;s Advisory Board. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; In New York, she&amp;#8217;s spoken to groups such as the New York Women In Film &amp;amp; Television, DIY Days at the New School, The Stern School of Business, and Columbia University. She also travels internationally to speak and educate on business models and changing production practices in the entertainment industry. Her appearances in 2012 included Forum Russia’s first entertainment and communication program in Moscow, a seminar at the Toronto International Film Festival’s Studio, Kreative.Asia Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Seminario Transmedia &amp;amp; TEDx Teusaquillo in Bogotá, Colombia.&lt;/p&gt;
